  • Postpartum or after abortion: start timing must be determined by your healthcare provider, especially if breastfeeding.
• Missed tablet (general guidance – always check the leaflet and your doctor’s advice):
  • If you are less than 12 hours late taking a tablet: take it as soon as you remember and take the next tablet at the usual time. Contraceptive protection is generally maintained.
  • If you are more than 12 hours late: contraceptive protection may be reduced. Take the last missed tablet as soon as you remember, continue the remaining tablets as usual, and use additional non-hormonal contraception (e.g., condoms) for the period recommended in the official leaflet or by your doctor.
• Do not exceed the prescribed dose. Do not stop taking Cerazette or change your regimen without consulting your doctor.
