Global Products are sourced from suppliers outside the country and are subject to special preparation, import, and shipping procedures.
Once the order is confirmed and processing has started, Global Products cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged or does not match the order. Customers must contact Customer Support within the specified timeframe with supporting evidence. All requests are subject to review and approval.
If the shipment is not received without a valid reason, the order will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
Online Orders
- Orders cancelled before delivery will be fully refunded to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider’s timeline.
- Returns requested after delivery will be refunded for the product value only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
