Refunds & Returns Policy
We are working to deliver you the best quality and value. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we will return the product and full refund of your purchase.
Refund requests must be within 14 days of the purchase date.
If you want return a product cause you found the less price then almasry just send us screenshot from this platform and we will give you same price.
What products can be returned?.
- All products if they are still in their original condition and packaging
Products will not be eligible for returned.

- - Products damaged by the customer
- - Personal use product
- - Products has offered during the offer period (just exchanged)
Refund.
- - Request your Return invoice Number and by emailing [email protected] mention your reason for return
- -State the reason for returning the product
- - Will receive the RN# and within a week the courier will contact you to collect the product you would like to return
Your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Late Refund.
- - First check your bank account again it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
Some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us
Shipping .
- - Shipping fees are not refundable
- - All orders ship within 2-5 business days
- - If entered the wrong shipping address email us as soon as possible we can handle it if order doesn't ship out
