G C Mol Eff 6 Sachets (G.C. MOL 6 EFF. SACHET) is an effervescent medicinal preparation used for the relief of cold and flu symptoms, especially productive (chesty) cough associated with mucus congestion, fever, headache, and body aches. Each sachet contains a combination of paracetamol (acetaminophen), guaifenesin, and vitamin c, providing analgesic, antipyretic, and expectorant actions along with immune-supporting antioxidant benefits. It is intended for short-term use in adults and older children as directed by a healthcare professional.

Indications:

• Symptomatic relief of cold and flu symptoms such as fever, headache, sore throat, and body aches.
• Relief of productive (chesty) cough with thick or sticky mucus due to the expectorant effect of guaifenesin.
• Helps loosen and clear mucus from the airways, making coughs more productive.
• Supportive therapy during upper respiratory tract infections where analgesic, antipyretic, and expectorant effects are needed.

Dosage & Administration / How to Use:

• Unless otherwise directed by a physician, adults and adolescents (over 12 years): 1 sachet dissolved completely in a glass (about 200 ml) of water, taken orally.
• Use every 4–6 hours as needed for symptom relief, not exceeding 4 sachets in 24 hours, or as advised by your doctor.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of paracetamol from all sources (including other cold and flu products).
• Take with or after food if you have a sensitive stomach.
• Stir the solution until the effervescent powder is fully dissolved before drinking.
• Not recommended for children under 12 years unless specifically prescribed by a doctor.
• Duration of use should generally not exceed 3–5 days without medical supervision. If symptoms persist, worsen, or are accompanied by high fever or persistent cough, consult a healthcare professional.

• Patients with a history of kidney stones, particularly oxalate stones, or conditions associated with iron overload should use vitamin c–containing products cautiously.
• Consult your doctor before use if pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are taking other medications such as anticoagulants, antiepileptics, or other cold and flu remedies.
• Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease beyond its approved symptomatic relief indications.
• Keep out of reach of children. Accidental overdose of paracetamol can be life-threatening and requires immediate medical attention.
• If you experience persistent high fever, rash, difficulty breathing, or if cough lasts more than a few days, seek medical advice promptly.
