• Starting for the first time: usually begin on Day 1 of your menstrual cycle (first day of bleeding) or as directed by your doctor.
• Switching from another hormonal contraceptive: follow your doctor’s instructions regarding timing and overlap.
• Missed dose: If you are less than 12 hours late, take the missed tablet as soon as you remember and continue as usual.
