Scaro Gel - Larg 50 gm
Description:
Scaro Gel 50 gm is a specialized topical silicone-based scar management gel designed to improve the appearance of hypertrophic scars and keloids. It is a health-focused wound care and scar therapy product used after the skin has closed to help soften, flatten, and smooth both new and old scars caused by surgeries, burns, injuries, or trauma. Formulated with advanced silicones, Scaro Gel creates a protective, breathable barrier over the scar, supporting optimal hydration and helping to normalize collagen production, which in turn improves scar height, texture, and color over time.
Indications:
- Management of hypertrophic scars.
- Management of keloid scars.
- Improving the appearance of post-surgical scars (e.g., C-section, orthopedic, plastic surgery scars) after the wound has closed.
- Improving the appearance of scars resulting from burns once fully epithelialized.
- Softening, flattening, and smoothing raised, thick, or rigid scars.
- Helping to improve scar color and texture and reduce redness and stiffness associated with healed scars.

Dosage & Administration / How to Use:
- Do not apply Scaro Gel on open, fresh, or ulcerated wounds. It should be used only after the wound has completely closed and skin has formed, typically around 7–10 days after the wound occurrence, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
- Clean and gently dry the scar area before application.
- Apply a suitable, thin layer of Scaro Gel to the scar site twice daily (morning and evening).
- Gently spread the gel over the entire scar surface and allow it to dry completely before covering with clothing or applying cosmetics.
- For optimal results, continue use for 2–6 months or until the scar has significantly improved or almost disappeared, as advised by your doctor.
- Scaro Gel can be used as a dressing on closed scar sites: after applying a thin layer and allowing it to partially dry, you may cover the area with a suitable dressing if recommended by a healthcare provider.
- Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, and open skin. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
Clinical Benefits:
- Helps soften and flatten raised hypertrophic scars and keloids over time.
- Improves scar texture, making the skin surface smoother and more flexible.
- Supports normalization of scar color, helping reduce redness and discoloration for a more uniform skin tone.
- Creates a protective silicone barrier that maintains optimal hydration of the scar tissue, which is important for healthy scar remodeling.
- Can be used on both new (once healed) and old scars, providing ongoing support for long-term scar management.
- Suitable as part of post-surgical wound care and scar prevention protocols under medical supervision.
Warnings & Contraindications:
- For external use only. Do not ingest.
- Do not apply on open wounds, bleeding areas, or ulcerated skin. Use only on fully closed, healed skin.
- Avoid contact with eyes, inside the nose, mouth, or other mucous membranes. In case of accidental contact, rinse thoroughly with water.
- Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience severe irritation, redness, rash, or signs of allergic reaction.
