How do I track my order?
You can track your order by logging into your account and clicking on "My Orders". There you'll find the details of each order, its current status, and the expected delivery date.
What are the shipping times and costs?
Orders are delivered within 1 to 3 business days inside Cairo and Giza, and up to 5 days for other governorates. Shipping is free for orders above a certain value.
Can I return or exchange products?
Yes, you can return or exchange products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and full packaging. Some medical products are excluded from the return policy for safety reasons.
What payment methods are available?
We offer cash on delivery, as well as secure online payment via bank cards and e-wallets, all fully encrypted and protected.
